Once again the Show Low Rodeo Committee proudly presents the Annual Deuces Wild Rodeo.
This year our Rodeo will be held Friday June 30, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Arena.
Cowboys and cowgirls from Arizona and surrounding states will compete in 7 events including Bull Riding, Steer Wrestling, Barrel Racing, Bareback Riding, Team Roping, Saddle Bronc Riding, Breakaway Roping, and Tie-down Roping.
Our community Rodeo is sponsored by volunteers, local businesses, and civic organizations who understand the importance of keeping our western heritage alive.
Show your support by becoming a sponsor of this crowd pleasing event.
Every year we fill the stands.
The Deuces Wild Rodeo attracts some 2,500 people each year,
all of whom are potential clients for your business or organization.
Each year thousands of dollars in proceeds from the Rodeo have been donated to local charity. Past recipients include Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the Nurses Office, St. Vincent de Paul and the Love Kitchen, the White Mountain Safe House, the White Mountain Hospice Foundation and White Mountain Clothe-a-Child and many more.
Our Rodeo Queen Contest has received accolades as one of the best in the state.
Girls compete in horsemanship, modeling, public speaking and more
with an awards banquet and coronation proceeding the Rodeo.
These girls are the spokespeople of our rodeo and represent us at
rodeos and parades statewide.
For The Kids
Mutton bustin’, steer and calf riding along with several kids games precede the Rodeo each year. The Lil’ Deuces Wild Rodeo has become an event by itself.
It surprised and pleased our Committee to see the enthusiasm of both kids and parents.
